Our experienced technicians will complete a 26-point inspection of your air conditioner to ensure it’s in perfect working condition. This comprehensive diagnostic test covers everything from checking the wiring and connections, to inspecting the condensate drain, and testing the airflow and temperature of the system.
System Inspection & Cleaning
Our technicians will inspect and clean your air conditioner to ensure that it's running smoothly and efficiently. This includes checking all components for wear and tear, cleaning the contactor and lubricating any moving parts, checking external static pressures while in cooling mode and adjusting if required, and more.
Check Refrigerant Lines
This includes inspecting the lines for any signs of leaks or damage, checking for proper insulation and sealing, and checking the refrigerant pressure. If any issues are found, the lines must be repaired or replaced before the system can be tested.
Electrical Component Testing
Testing capacitors, relays, and other electrical components for proper functionality. This also includes measuring the various electrical voltage and amperage for the system, such as the main electrical panel, the voltage at the condenser unit, and the voltage at the air handler or furnace. This helps determine if the voltage supply is within acceptable range for proper operation based on the manufacturer’s specifications.

Air Conditioner Tune-Up Plan
Get monthly or year-round air conditioner maintenance with our 26-point service plan.
AC & Furnace Tune-Up Bundled Plan
Bundle your monthly or yearly furnace and air conditioner maintenance with our 24-point furnace and 26-point air conditioner service plan. This service is completed over two days.
Premium Whole Home Package
We offer whole-home HVAC maintenance with our premium package. This includes furnace and air conditioner tune-up, water heater preventative maintenance, and inspections of additional HVAC products. This service is completed over two days.
Service Disclosures
The 26-point AC maintenance plan does not include filters, however, we will replace any filters that are provided by the client for HVAC equipment that is covered under the maintenance plan.
All maintenance plans do not cover repairs, however; clients will receive 10% off any required repairs including parts and labour. If a unit needs to be replaced, the client will receive priority pricing with a minimum of 10% off the existing price of the unit that requires replacement.

Terms and Conditions
- Once an initial service has been completed, the customer will be on a one-year commitment
- After the initial 12 months, the contract will be renewed on a month-to-month cadence
- If a service is completed for the next year, it automatically renews the commitment for an additional year
- Customers can cancel at any time after the 12-month initial commitment as long as the following year’s service has not been completed.
- Customers need to provide 30 days written notice in order to cancel their plan
