Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the LG Home Comfort Taylor Swift Eras Tour Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Official Rules") govern the Sweepstakes. By participating or attempting to participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by LG Home Comfort ("Sponsor"), a leading HVAC services provider serving the Canadian market.

3. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

4. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

5. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online until the completion of the contest on May 31st, 2024 at 11:59 pm EST. All online entries must be received by May 31st, 2024 at 11:59 pm EST. Winners will be contacted within 5 days of contest completion and announced on the LG Home Comfort Contest Page on June 7th

6. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To Enter the sweepstakes, please fill out all the appropriate information on our contest page including attaching a jingle. Entry into the Sweepstakes requires participants to submit a jingle for LG Home Comfort, showcasing creativity and relevance to LG Home Comfort's HVAC services in the Canadian market. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Limit one entry per person.

7. Prizes

One winners will each receive two (2) tickets to the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Toronto on the Thursday show on November 21st, 2024. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1000 CAD. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Contest opens closes May 31st - tickets will be provided in the fall

8. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the LG Home Comfort brand and services. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following selection of Winners. The Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

10. Terms & Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

11. Consent for Use

By entering this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

12. Sponsor Information

The Sweepstakes hosted by LG Home Comfort is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Taylor Swift, her management, or the concert venue.
