About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in upgrading their HVAC systems. Your job is to listen, educate, and convert leads into booked consultations—no cold calling required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and web forms
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for field reps
  • Explain HVAC products and promotions clearly and confidently
  • Update CRM records and track conversions

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of inside sales or customer service experience (HVAC is a plus)
  • Clear, confident communicator (verbal + written)
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools

Terms and Conditions

  • Once an initial service has been completed, the customer will be on a one-year commitment
  • After the initial 12 months, the contract will be renewed on a month-to-month cadence
  • If a service is completed for the next year, it automatically renews the commitment for an additional year
  • Customers can cancel at any time after the 12-month initial commitment as long as the following year’s service has not been completed.
  • Customers need to provide 30 days written notice in order to cancel their plan
