Fill out our simple nomination form with details about the family’s situation and why they need support.

Review Process
Our selection committee carefully reviews all nominations based on need, impact, and eligibility.

Installation
Selected families will receive new equipment, professionally installed completely free of charge.
Important Information
No Self-Nominations
Must be nominated by someone else (family, friend, neighbor)
Demonstrate Financial Need
Clear documentation of financial hardship required
Non-Functioning Equipment
Unit must be broken or near end-of-useful-life
Monthly Selection
Two families will be selected each month throughout 2026

Terms and Conditions
- Once an initial service has been completed, the customer will be on a one-year commitment
- After the initial 12 months, the contract will be renewed on a month-to-month cadence
- If a service is completed for the next year, it automatically renews the commitment for an additional year
- Customers can cancel at any time after the 12-month initial commitment as long as the following year’s service has not been completed.
- Customers need to provide 30 days written notice in order to cancel their plan
