Customers need to provide 30 days written notice in order to cancel their plan
Service Disclosures
Our 26-point maintenance plan does not cover the cost of filters. However, we’re happy to replace any filters provided by the customer for HVAC systems included in the plan. While repairs aren’t part of our maintenance plan, clients receive a 10% discount on any required repairs, including both parts and labor. If a unit needs replacing, clients benefit from priority pricing and a minimum 10% discount on the new unit.
