What licences do I need to apply?

It depends on the role. HVAC installation, service and subcontractor technicians need a valid G2 Gas Technician license. A 313D Refrigeration license and ODP certification are assets. Sales and warehouse roles don’t require any trade license.

No. HVAC experience is an asset, but we welcome driven sales professionals from other industries. You’ll get training on our products, financing options and rebates, and every appointment is booked by our team, so you won’t be cold-calling.

Service technicians earn $30–$40 per hour based on licensing. Installation technicians and subcontractors are paid competitive piece rates. Home Comfort Advisors are 100% commission-based, with uncapped earning potential.

We’re hiring across Ontario, including Kitchener, Ottawa, Sudbury, Peel Region, the Greater Toronto Area and Durham Region. We’re also expanding into Thunder Bay and Sault Ste. Marie.
