Our skilled technicians will carry out a 26-point inspection of your air conditioner to ensure it's in top condition. This thorough diagnostic test covers everything from checking wiring and connections to inspecting the condensate drain and testing system airflow and temperature.
System Inspection & Cleaning
Our technicians will inspect and clean your air conditioner unit to keep it running smoothly and efficiently. This includes checking all components for wear, cleaning the contactor, lubricating moving parts, checking external static pressures while in cooling mode, and making adjustments as needed.
Check Refrigerant Lines
This essential step involves inspecting the refrigerant lines for leaks or damage, checking insulation and sealing, and ensuring refrigerant pressure is correct. Any issues found will be repaired or replaced before testing the system.
Electrical Component Testing
Our air conditioning services in strathroy include testing capacitors, relays, and other electrical components to ensure proper functionality. This also involves measuring the electrical voltage and amperage at various points in the system, such as the main electrical panel, the condenser unit, and the air handler or furnace, to ensure the voltage supply is within the acceptable range for optimal operation.

Once an initial service has been completed, the customer will be on a one-year commitment -
After the initial 12 months, the contract will be renewed on a month-to-month cadence -
If a service is completed for the next year, it automatically renews the commitment for an additional year -
Customers can cancel at any time after the 12-month initial commitment as long as the following year’s service has not been completed. -
Customers need to provide 30 days written notice in order to cancel their plan
Service Disclosures
The 26-point AC maintenance plan does not include filters; however, we will replace any filters provided by the client for HVAC equipment covered under the maintenance plan. All maintenance plans exclude air conditioning repairs, but clients will receive a 10% discount on any necessary repairs, including parts and labour. If a unit needs replacement, clients will receive priority pricing with a minimum 10% discount on the replacement unit.
